How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most of our customers choose a 4-week or 8-week schedule to keep their property looking sharp all year round. We’ll recommend the best frequency based on your home, location, and expectations.
What is a water-fed pole system?
We use a purified water system delivered through a telescopic pole, allowing us to clean windows safely from the ground. It reaches high windows, frames, and sills with ease—leaving a spotless, streak-free finish without the need for ladders.
Will my windows be left wet?
Yes—and that’s exactly what you want. The purified water dries naturally without leaving marks, streaks, or residue. No wiping needed.
Do you clean window frames and sills as well?
Every time. We clean the glass, frames, and sills on every visit as part of the service—no shortcuts.
Is purified water really better than traditional methods?
It is. Purified water removes all minerals and impurities, meaning there’s nothing left behind when it dries. This results in a deeper, longer-lasting clean compared to traditional methods.
Do I need to be at home when you visit?
No. As long as we have access to the areas that need cleaning, you don’t need to be in. Most of our customers aren’t home when we carry out the work.
How do you access upper-floor windows?
Our water-fed pole system allows us to reach windows up to several storeys high from the ground, safely and efficiently.

What happens if it rains on the day of my clean?
We still clean in light rain. Since we use purified water, rain won’t affect the finish. If weather conditions are severe, we’ll reschedule and let you know.
How do I pay?
We offer simple, hassle-free payment options. Most customers pay via bank transfer after the clean, but we can also arrange other methods if needed.
Do you offer one-off cleans or regular service only?
We offer both. Many clients start with a one-off clean and then move onto a regular schedule to maintain that fresh, premium look.

Yes. We’re fully insured for your peace of mind on every job.
